  • Obtain a permit from the Bureau before holding a trade fair, bazaar, or combined event.
  • Submit an application form with necessary documents, including ID, business license, articles of association (if applicable), legal letter detailing the event, venue authorization, and pay a service fee of Birr 5,000.00.
  • For governmental institutions, non-governmental institutions, professional associations, cooperatives, trade and sector councils, and enterprises, provide a copy of the establishment law/regulation, manager's ID, legal work permit, articles of association, legal letter, venue authorization, and pay the service fee.
