  • The Exporter shall deposit buy funds in the Pay-in Account opened by the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange.
  • The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange shall transfer buy funds to the Pay-Out Account of the Supplier on the next day after receiving a written request from both parties.
  • Exporters must keep the bank slip as proof of deposit.

Rights and permissions

  • Suppliers have the right to receive buy funds in their Pay-Out Account.

  • Sub-article 7 of Article 15 is deleted.
  • Former sub-articles 8 to 12 of Article 15 are renumbered as 7 to 11.
